1992 SOD Jahorina (Serbian Insurance Company) established with its Head Office in Pale, as the first Insurance Company in the Republic of Srpska
2002 SOD Jahorina, as the first insurance company in Bosnia and Herzegovina obtained ISO 9001 Certificate
2002 SOD Jahorina became a shareholder company and changed its name to “Jahorina Insurance Plc”
2002 shares of Jahorina Insurance were in demand in the stock exchange of Banja Luka
2003 Jahorina Insurance Plc founded a company for technical checkup services called “Jahorina Auto Ltd” with its Head Office in Brčko
2008 Jahorina Insurance Plc obtained a license for life insurance activities
2008 in a block transaction the “VIM GmbH” Company from Vienna became the majority owner of Jahorina Insurance Plc
2009 Jahorina Insurance Plc obtained a license and started business activities in the market of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina

2012, VIG became the owner of 100% of voting shares
