„According to our conviction and in accordance with information we have available, we are expressing positive attitude in relation to announcing of takeover bid for issuer „Jahorina osiguranje” a.d. Pale, and we would like to inform the shareholders that stated opinion does not conceal any information with material significance and it does not contain any information in respect of takeover bid which could be misleading.”
